1. Our Services

Abuja Capital Borehole Drilling provides borehole drilling, geophysical surveys, submersible pump installation, solar powered borehole systems, water treatment, reticulation, maintenance and rehabilitation services in Abuja and the wider FCT.

2. Quotations and Site Assessment

Quotes provided through this website or by phone, SMS or WhatsApp are estimates until a site assessment is completed. Final pricing depends on location, terrain, geology, required depth and chosen system. We will always confirm the full scope and cost with you before work begins.

3. Surveys and Water Yield

Geophysical surveys reduce risk but geology can never be guaranteed with certainty. If our survey indicates low yield potential at your site, we will advise you before mobilisation so you can decide how to proceed.

4. Payment and Mobilisation

Payment terms, deposits and milestone schedules are agreed in writing before mobilisation. Terms quoted to you directly apply where they differ from anything on this website.

5. Warranties

Workmanship and equipment warranties are stated in your service agreement. Warranty coverage depends on the system installed and proper use and maintenance of the installation.

6. Site Access and Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe, legal access to the drilling location, including any necessary permissions from estate or land authorities.
• Confirm underground utilities are marked or identified before drilling begins.
• Ensure payment milestones are met as agreed, as delays can affect scheduling.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the affected service as stated in your service agreement. We are not liable for indirect losses beyond our direct work.
